Erin Wade

Erin started her accounting journey at Conestoga College, completing her diploma in 2018 before gaining hands-on experience as a bookkeeper in Brantford. Eager to build on her education, she returned to Conestoga to earn her Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) with a focus in Accounting, Audit and Information Technology, graduating in 2022.

After graduation, she spent three years in Waterloo as a team accountant, where she developed a passion for audits and personal tax. In March 2025, she moved back to Waterford and joined Good Redden Klosler as a team accountant. She is currently working toward her CPA designation.

Growing up in Caledonia and later moving to Waterford, Erin values her small-town roots and is excited to become more involved in her local community again. She is skilled in CaseWare, Excel, and QuickBooks, and enjoys finding creative ways to streamline her work.

She brings an approachable, detail-oriented, and persistent mindset to her role, and takes pride in building strong relationships with clients while contributing as a team player. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching movies, listening to podcasts, and spending time with family and friends — especially her young niece.
